I have just started having a problem that I can see others have had in the past, where my browsers (Firefox and Internet Explorer) have suddenly stopped being able to display webpages, but only on one of the computers on my local network. In Firefox I get a message "the connection was reset" for I can't answer your question but can say I have had the same experience once before an a Win XP machine.
