PS: One would think .NET-4.7.1 (which is installed) would include all prior versions, but the program insists on .NET-3.5 and I get an on-demand dialog from Windows asking to download it. It appears I need a way to force-load .NET-3.5 through the Registry, eh? I guess I could fire up another computer and examine the Registry.
